Terms of Use

Shelf AI Vision is an API for detecting and classifying products in retail shelf images.

Acceptable Use

Use the API only with images you have the right to process. Do not upload sensitive personal data, biometric identifiers, payment information, confidential third-party content, illegal content, or images that you are not authorized to analyze.

API Behavior

Requests are subject to upload validation, rate limits, capacity limits, and abuse prevention controls. Clients should respect 429 rate_limited responses and retry transient 503 service_busy or 503 inference_timeout responses with exponential backoff.

Output Quality

Model outputs are predictions and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers are responsible for reviewing results before using them for production decisions, compliance workflows, inventory actions, pricing, or customer-facing claims.

Availability

The service may change, degrade, or be temporarily unavailable. Higher-volume usage, dedicated capacity, and support commitments require a separate written agreement.
